
Conor Commercial Real Estate and Stream Realty Partners (Stream) have broken ground on Skyline Commerce Center, an industrial development in Dallas, Texas of the US.
Located in the heart of the Dallas metroplex, the project is a two-building industrial development that covers an area of 198,000ft².
The two buildings will comprise built-to-suit office space as well as industrial space. The Building 1 will have more than 135,000ft² while the Building 2 will include 62,400ft² of industrial space.
The project will also feature 258 surface parking spaces, 12 trailer parking stalls along with 48 dock doors between two buildings.
Skyline Commerce Center, which is situated centrally in the northeast Dallas industrial market, has immediate access to Interstate 30 and also has direct access to Hwy 80 and I-635.
Conor Industrial president John Dobrott said: “We are excited to transform another underutilised land parcel into a high-functioning industrial property.
“Skyline Commerce Center’s excellent transportation access coupled with its proximity to a deep consumer base and labour force make it optimal for a variety of users, including last mile and e-commerce providers.”

Drew Feagin and Adam Jones of Stream’s Dallas industrial team along with Dornak will oversee the leasing of both buildings.
