The Connell Company has announced plans for the development of RT Residences, a new luxury residential project located at The Park in New Jersey, US.
RT Residences will consist of two buildings, RT500 and RT600, offering rental units with various amenities.
RT500, an 11-storey building, will house 179 units while RT600 will be an eight-storey building with 149 units.
Both buildings will feature outdoor pools, entertainment lounges, game rooms, co-working spaces, and fitness centres, alongside other amenities and concierge services.
RT500 will provide access to Cafe Exchange, a coffee shop that will serve beverages and various food selections, and host live entertainment.
This 6,000ft² space will also showcase art installations from local artists, offer a book exchange programme, and transform into an evening wine bar, providing a central community hub.
Connell Company executive vice-president Shane Connell said: “We’re building an urban, walkable, downtown community within a suburban setting at The Park and a critical piece of this model is our residential buildings.
“By creating luxury resort-style residences on-site, we’re ensuring that all residents can experience everything The Park has to offer, such as world-class restaurants, large parks and open spaces, and high-end amenities all in one campus.”
Architectural design company Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, along with David M. Sullivan, have designed RT Residences.
The units will comprise studios, one-, and two-bedroom luxury apartments, all featuring contemporary styling with neutral tones, floor-to-ceiling windows, wood plank flooring, and quartz countertops.
This project is part of a significant $500m redevelopment aimed at transforming the traditional office park into a residential neighbourhood.
The Park incorporates Class A offices for companies such as Blackstone, Samsung, and Aon, a 176-room Embassy Suites hotel, fitness and wellness facilities, a restaurant, Starbucks, and more.
Leasing for RT Residences is expected to start in February 2026.
