The platform is globally used for tasks such as real-time coordination, automated clash detection, and issue tracking, which are essential throughout the lifecycle of a building or infrastructure project.

Conlon Construction, founded in 1903, operates out of Dubuque, Iowa, with additional offices in Cedar Rapids and Coralville, Iowa, servicing clients throughout the US. The company offers a broad range of services, including construction management and general contracting.

In May 2023, Cheshire East Council assigned Conlon Construction three educational projects in England under the North West Construction Hub Framework, which includes a refurbishment at Dean Row Centre, expansion of Wilmslow High School, and construction of a new primary school in Kingsley Fields.
