Clark’s relationship with the University of Glasgow dates to the 1990s.
The company is noted to have completed more than 350 projects on the majority of buildings within the Gilmorehill and Garscube campuses.
Among the recently completed projects by Clark are the internal refurbishment of the Mathematics and Statistics Building, the restoration of the James Watt North Building, and more.
Clark managing director Gordon Cunningham said: “The University of Glasgow has created a strategic framework which is very much in line with our own strategy of working with customers who embrace partnerships at all levels and stages of the construction process.”
“One of my first projects when I joined Clark Contracts in 1999, was a refurbishment within the Garscube campus, and since then, we have refurbished and built many new buildings across the entire university campus. Our knowledge and experience of the university’s estate, enables us to deliver innovation from the design stages, working in partnership with all stakeholders, to ensure we achieve best value.”
Earlier this month, Clark was appointed as the main contractor by West Dunbartonshire Council to convert Glencairn House in Scotland.
