Meanwhile, Avant Homes East Midlands has received approval for a £77.5m residential development in Clifton, Nottingham, England.
The 24-acre Foxgrove Village site will feature 265 multitenure homes, including one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes.
It will also comprise 15 of Avant Homes’ energy-efficient house types ranging from terraced to detached and townhouses.
