The University of Cincinnati (UC) Health has announced the design and construction team for its Clifton Campus project.
In October, UC Health announced a $221m investment aimed at expanding and modernising its 14-acre Clifton Campus.
The team includes CannonDesign, Messer Construction and HPlex Solutions.
CannonDesign will oversee the project and Messer will be responsible for construction.
Meanwhile, HPlex Solutions will serve as a representative of the owner in managing the project.

UC Health vice-president of facilities Bob Feldbauer said: “We are excited to welcome this experienced team to UC Health to help propel our organisation into a new era.
“This project will transform our not only our Clifton Campus, but our entire organisation. We are proud to make this investment in our patients, our people and the community.”
In addition to the Clifton Campus renovation, UCHealth will also expand and renovate the Greater Cincinnati’s Adult Level I Trauma Center and the emergency department at UC Health’s University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
A new surgical pavilion will also be constructed. This will modernise and expand the capacity of the existing operating room.
Demolition is expected to commence in May, with the construction of new facilities to begin later in the year.
UC Health physician managing director Arthur Pancioli said: “This project represents a milestone for UC Health, and it will significantly advance our ability to care for the most complex and critically ill patients across our community.”
