Plans to construct 460-home build to rent scheme next to Southall station in West London has received approval from the planning authorities of Ealing Council.
The scheme has been drawn up by Connected Living London (CLL), a partnership between the Transport for London and build to rent specialist Grainger.

Designed by Assael Architecture, the scheme will feature 460 one, two, and three-bedroom properties. Approximately 40% of the new homes will be affordable.
Established last July, Connected Living London has submitted planning applications for four schemes, which would collectively deliver 1,200 new homes besides commercial and industrial units.
The Southall scheme is the first to receive approval from the planning authorities.
This scheme will feature solar panels and air source heat pumps to reduce the impact on the local environment.

As part of this scheme, a new pedestrian crossing on Park Avenue will be delivered.
