Bentley Motors, in collaboration with Dezer Development, has broken ground on the first Bentley-branded residential tower in Florida, US.
The 62-storey Bentley Residences Miami tower, located on a 2.4-acre site at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, will house 216 private residences.
Each residence will have a glass-ensconced sky garage that displays cars alongside a private balcony with a heated swimming pool, as well as a kitchen and wind-resistant living areas.
Bentley Residences will include four patented car elevators, known as Dezervators, which provide swift access from road to doorstep.
This will enable three and four-car sky garages within each residence, offering electric vehicle charging stations and additional storage for small, motorised vehicles.
Dezer Development president Gil Dezer said: “Breaking ground on Bentley Residences is a huge milestone for the project and another step closer to bringing our vision to life.
