The space’s diverse array of tenants will include both full-service and fast-casual dining options, as well as a bank, pet store, spa, and nail salon.
Blenheim has also finalised leases with additional retail tenants and is in active discussions with others, with official announcements to be made in the near future.
Over the next few months, the initial phase of development is expected to focus on bulk earthwork, site grading, and the installation of utilities.
