Azizi Developments, a private developer in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has announced a 5% completion milestone for Creek Views III, valued at Dh350m ($95.27m). 

Located along Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), Creek Views III is set for handover in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 and adds to the company’s Creek Views portfolio. 

The development features 290 units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, according to a press release posted on Zawya. 

It also includes on-site amenities such as two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a gym, a BBQ area, a yoga space, and a children’s play area.  

The location provides direct access to Al Khail Road and is close to medical centres and shopping options.
