US-based construction company Atwell is continuing to strengthen its presence in the state of Florida with the acquisition of BEI Engineering Group (Banks Engineering).
The financial details of the transaction have not been revealed.
The new addition is expected to enhance Atwell’s resources and capabilities, particularly in the cities of Port Charlotte and Fort Myers.
Atwell senior vice-president Ron Waldrop said: “We’ve worked with the team members at Banks Engineering for years and have first-hand experience of their excellent work and commitment to clients.
“We have added the outstanding professionals at Banks Engineering to our company because we want to continue investing in this market for the benefit of our clients and the success of their projects.”
Banks Engineering specialises in civil engineering, planning, and land surveying services across Florida, US. The company was founded in 1992 and currently operates with 90 employees.
