SHVO, a real estate development and investment company, has appointed Americaribe Moriarty Joint Venture (AMJV), a collaboration between Americaribe and John Moriarty & Associates of Florida, as the general contractor for ‘The Raleigh, A Rosewood Hotel & Residences’ project in Miami Beach, US.
The JV is now working on the final phase of the project, which focuses on foundational work for the residential tower, designed by Peter Marino, marking a key moment in the development of what is set to become part of Miami’s ‘Billionaire’s Beach’.
SHVO founder and CEO Michael Shvo said: “The Raleigh is a transformative development shaping the future of South Beach and we have assembled a first-class team to realise our vision. We are creating a new standard for collectible design and ultra-luxury living on Miami Beach while respecting the property’s incredible history.”
The project located at 1775 Collins Avenue will feature a 17-storey condominium tower with 40 private residences, alongside a 60-room Rosewood-branded hotel, integrated within historic art deco facades.
The residential offerings will include two- to five-bedroom homes and five penthouses, with terraces that blend indoor and outdoor living.
Residents of The Raleigh will enjoy access to four swimming pools, including sunset and sunrise pools, complete with a bar, private cabanas, and Rosewood’s poolside service.
