AMIS Development, a luxury real-estate builder, has announced the launch of Woodland Crest, a Dh100m ($27.2m) project situated on Meydan Avenue in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Set for handover in the second quarter (Q2) of 2027, the project will feature one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, each designed with modern elements, eco-friendly materials, and smart home technology.
Residents will be able to control their lighting, temperature, and security with the latest in home automation, states the company’s press release.
The development will offer a range of amenities such as a rooftop gym, steam room and sauna, lounge, library, infinity pool, and BBQ grill.
On the ground floor, AMIS Café will offer refreshments alongside a reception lobby. Additional facilities will include an outdoor theatre, yoga area, zen garden, children’s pool, and direct access to a park.
Woodland Crest, located 4km from Downtown Dubai, provides access to landmarks such as Meydan Racecourse, Dubai Hills Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Museum of the Future.
AMIS Development has previously undertaken projects such as Woodland Residences, a Dh425m development, and Woodland Terraces, a Dh130m project, both located in Meydan’s District 11.
In 2024, the developer secured an investment from First APAC Fund VCC, with a memorandum of understanding to invest up to Dh5bn in AMIS.
AMIS Development founder and CEO Neeraj Mishra said: “Woodland Crest reflects our vision to create a space that blends contemporary living with comfort and nature.
“With its unbeatable location in Meydan, innovative design, and top-notch amenities, we believe it’s more than just a place to live – it’s a community where people can truly grow and thrive.”
