AMIS Development, a Dubai-based real-estate builder, has commenced construction of Woodland Terraces, a Dh130m ($35.3m) luxury residential project in District 11, Meydan, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Woodland Terraces will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments complete with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and laundry areas.
The development prioritises open-plan living, with terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass facades to maximise natural light and views.
Residents will have access to a range of on-site amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool, sports facilities, a yoga area, and an outdoor theatre. The ground floor will feature a children’s play area, a lobby, and an AMIS Café.
The project is targeted for completion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
The location of Woodland Terraces offers access to key landmarks and destinations in Dubai.
The ground-breaking event was attended by the company’s senior leadership and partners.
AMIS Development founder and CEO Neeraj Mishra said: “Breaking ground on Woodland Terraces is a testament to our vision of delivering exceptional homes that blend modern aesthetics with unparalleled comfort.
“Our project will be a defining addition to Meydan’s landscape, offering residents an elegant and contemporary lifestyle. With a strong foundation and unwavering dedication, we are excited to bring this development to life by Q1 2027.”
Woodland Terraces is the latest addition to AMIS Development’s portfolio following the sell-out of The Woodland Residences in Meydan.
AMIS Development has also secured investment from First APAC Fund VCC, a Singaporean investment fund. In November 2024, the fund signed a memorandum of understanding to invest up to Dh5bn in the company.
