3. Construction of meeting rooms
4. Construction of conference halls
5. Construction of a cafeteria
6. Construction of a podium level for a gym and a childcare
7. Construction of a pedestrian arcade
8. Construction of a public plaza
9. Construction of entertainment facilities
10. Construction of an outdoor cinema
11. Construction of an indoor sport
12. Construction of a recreation center
11. Construction of basement car parking with 59 car and bike parking spaces
12. Installation of elevators
13. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Owners of the project include Australia-based Investa Property Group, Charter Hall Group.
