The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 3.33% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.
Out of the construction industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 7.26% share in November 2022, recording a decrease of 0.14% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 37.93% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s construction industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Rockwell Automation posted 10 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 16.67% over the previous month, followed by ABB with 9 jobs and an 80% growth. Assa Abloy with 9 IT jobs and General Electric with 7 jobs, recorded a 50% growth and a 16.67% growth, respectively, while Relo Group recorded a flat growth with 5 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.63%, down by 10.26% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 21.57% share, registered a decline of 21.43% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.8% share, down 16.67% over October 2022.
