The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 39.06% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s construction industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Bilfinger posted 17 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 19.05% over the previous month, followed by Liebherr-International with 6 jobs and a 50% growth. ABB with 6 IT jobs and Erich NETZSCH GmbHHolding KG with 5 jobs, recorded a 20% growth and a 28.57% decrease, respectively, while Vinci recorded a decline of 81.48% with 5 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 64.37%, down by 62.91% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 20.69% share, registered a decline of 10% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 14.94% share, down 43.48% over October 2022.
