The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 4.18% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 25% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of China’s construction industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
General Electric posted 10 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a rise of 400% over the previous month, followed by Caterpillar with 10 jobs and a 44.44% drop. ABB with 7 IT jobs and Burckhardt Compression with 7 jobs, recorded a 250% growth and a 16.67% growth, respectively, while Cummins recorded an increase of 50% with 6 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 80%, down by 27.27% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 13.75% share, registered a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6.25% share, up 25% over September 2022.
