Signet Real Estate Group has announced that construction is underway on a new student housing development, MODA Clemson, near Clemson University in the US.
The project, located on College Avenue, is a short walk from both downtown Clemson and the university campus.
The five-storey mixed-use building will offer a variety of residential units and ground-floor retail spaces, catering to the increasing housing demands in the area.
The development, which has secured its financing, will feature 159 units comprising studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each with modern amenities.
The project is a collaboration with several partners.
These include First National Bank of Pennsylvania and design companies such as Kimley-Horn, Coursey Architects, HPA Design Group, and construction companies, including Freese Johnson & Catamount Constructors.
