Toll Brothers Apartment Living, along with PGIM Real Estate and general contractor Swinerton, has celebrated the topping out of a multifamily community in San Diego, US.
The construction milestone event was attended by more than 300 guests, including local officials and the project’s construction team.
Named The Lindley, the development is a 37-storey, 422-unit luxury mixed-use apartment community.
Spanning more than 800,000ft², the community is said to be the largest of its kind to be developed by Toll Brothers.
Construction on the project, financed by a construction loan facility from BNY Mellon and Wells Fargo, began in 2022.
Residential occupancy is expected by late 2024.

Community amenities are set to include an indoor/outdoor fitness centre with Pilates and yoga studios, a sauna, and a cold plunge bath.
In addition, it will have more than 12,000ft² of retail space and a parking garage with electrical vehicle charging stations.
Designed by Joseph Wong Design Associates, The Lindley aims to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold certification standards.
