GRAHAM has commenced construction works on Leeds Trinity University’s new facilities at 1 Trevelyan Square in the UK.
The university is investing £8.6m ($10.85m) to repurpose an older office block to accommodate its growing student body and enhance its educational offerings.
This comes after the university secured a lease on a 57,000ft² building located just off Boar Lane in the city in November 2022.
The new higher education facility, which is expected to open later this year, will complement the university’s main campus in Horsforth.
It is intended to facilitate closer collaboration with key partners and employers, supporting the demand for skills in the region.
The site will include a range of facilities and services designed to offer students an environment for learning, experience, and collaboration.
