SB Architects will be constructing an authentic, experiential four-star winery resort at Temecula Valley in South California, US.
The potential development will be spread across an 135 acres area in the Temecula foothills and is yet to be named.
The new resort, which is expected to mark the trend for experiential, wine and food-centred destination developments, will have the capacity for 200 to 250 guest accommodation.
It will be developed within the vineyards, and be surrounded with multiple event spaces, a farm-to-table restaurant, a stand-alone brewery and a winery with the annual capacity for producing 50,000 cases.
Standard Portfolio Group and Wave Hospitality, the developers for the project, intend to decide on a name for the resort by early 2016.
SB Architects president and principal Scott Lee said: "Our goal is to create an immersive destination that places the guest at the centre of the wine-making experience.

By GlobalData"Our vision for the design is a contemporary response to a traditional landscape, with a sense of rugged sophistication that feels completely authentic in this valley."
ValleyCrest Design Group will be responsible for the landscape design of the resort, which is the first winery resort to be built under the Riverside County Wine Country Community Plan.
About 75% of the site earmarked for the resort will be used for agriculture, thus lending it a feel of the rural landscape.
