Peab will also construct 95 rental apartments within the swimming pool block.
Adjacent to the swimming pool block, a parking garage will be constructed both next to and beneath the building.
This placement of the facility next to Partille Arena is part of a broader initiative to enhance the area, an effort that commenced in 2012.
The swimming pool facility and parking garage will be powered by solar energy.
The new facility is expected to bolster Partille’s status as a sports city in Sweden.
It is intended to offer facilities for a wide range of sports associations and serve as a communal hub for residents and workers.
The project will be order-registered in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.
