Select Group has awarded a Dh655m ($178.33m) contract to Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) for the construction of The EDGE, a dual tower development in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The sold-out project, designed by Killa Design, will be located at the intersection of Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
ECC chair Hatem Farah said: “We are thrilled to have been selected as the construction partner for Select Group’s project, The EDGE.
“Partnering with Select Group on this pioneering property development is a clear affirmation of our dedication to delivering excellence in construction. We aim to ensure that each project reflects our values and skills and contributes to advancing a more sustainable world.”
The development will span 1.423 million square feet and offer a total of 1,030 units across two towers, namely Tower A and Tower B.
Amenities at the community will include a coworking space, games room, social lounge, pool deck, courtyard, and more.
