International real estate developer MERED has officially unveiled the name of its flagship project, the ‘ICONIC’ residential tower, which will be located in Dubai Internet City, United Arab Emirates.
The announcement, along with the opening of the tower’s unit reservations and sales, was made during an exclusive brokers’ event.
The ICONIC tower, a collaboration with Italian design house Pininfarina, will feature 311 apartments, according to Zawya.
The development plan for the tower includes a one-year design and procurement phase followed by a three-year construction period, culminating in the handover of units to customers.
MERED CEO Diana Nilipovscaia said: “ICONIC is not just another addition to Dubai’s luxury real estate; it’s a pioneering step into a future where MERED redefines and elevates the standard of urban living.
“This project marks the dawn of a new era for us, one where we commit to crafting not just residences, but distinguished and timeless destinations that will become integral parts of Dubai’s cityscape.”
