McShane Construction Company has completed the construction of a new multifamily community project in McDonough, Georgia, US.
Crofthouse McDonough was constructed for the company’s repeat client, South City Partners.

This project, situated at 2080 Jonesboro Road, consists of six residential buildings with a total of 280 units.
The one- to three-bedroom units at the site feature large windows, 9ft ceilings, and individual balconies.
Among other features at the property include wood-style plank flooring, pendant lighting, updated stainless steel appliances, and cabinets with soft-close doors.
The project is part of an overarching 31-acre mixed-use development that comprises both townhouses and retail/commercial space.

The three- and four-storey wood-framed buildings were designed by architecture company Dynamik Design.
Residents will be able to access nearly 15,000ft² of amenities at the community such as a central clubhouse with a game room, fitness centre, yoga room, coworking micro-offices, as well as a pet spa.
