American real estate development and investment company Alpine Start Development (ASD) has broken ground on a garden-style apartment community in Saginaw, Texas, US.

Range West will feature 261 apartment units spread across 11 acres and will be a short drive north of Downtown Fort Worth (DFW).

According to the company’s press release, Range West will meet the surging demand for housing in the domestic supply-constrained submarket, making it a valuable addition to the community.

The development is expected to be completed by the second quarter (Q2) of 2025. The first condos and clubhouse of the community are expected to be accessible in Q4 2024.
