Scotland-based property and construction consultancy Thomas & Adamson (T&A) has finished the fit-out of insurance company Royal London’s new headquarters in London, UK, reported the Herald.
This 55,000ft² fit-out of the site, named EightyFen, covers a total of five storeys.
T&A served as the lead designer of the project and provided project and cost management services.
The project saw the consolidation of the existing facilities of the insurance company from the 55 Gracechurch Street office.
T&A director David Lane was quoted by the news agency as saying: “The fit-out of the new London headquarters of Royal London has been a hugely rewarding project, allowing us to work collaboratively with the firm as it embraced sustainability to transform the space, whilst showcasing our expertise in the production of sustainable builds.
“The unique nature of this B fit-out, in terms of climate goals and budget, is a great example of how at T&A we can assist our clients in developing bespoke spaces which meet all their criteria.”
