Mill Creek Residential has commenced construction on a luxury mid-rise apartment community in the West Midtown neighbourhood in Atlanta, US.

Comprising 373 apartments, the Modera Westside Trail community is situated at 576 Northside Drive.

Mill Creek’s senior managing development director for Atlanta Patrick Chesser said: “The location on Northside Drive is the natural progression of West Midtown moving south with the benefit of an easy escape to Midtown, Downtown and Georgia Tech.

The new community is planned to open in late 2025.
