Kier Places has been awarded a ten-year contract with £75m by RHP Group to provide repairs, voids and planned works across its housing portfolio of around 10,000 affordable homes in the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston and Hillingdon of UK.
Under this RHP Group’s large scale improvement plan, Kier Places’ teams will undertake works to upgrade homes that will include installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, as well as refurbishing to make properties more energy-efficient.

The firm will also work with local supply chain partners.
Kier Places operations director Iain Roy said: “We’re really proud to create this partnership with RHP, supporting their large-scale improvement plan for residents.
“A firm focus on quality, building safety, and community engagement underpins everything we do at Kier Places, and we’ll use our extensive experience of working safely in people’s homes while also minimising disruption for residents.”
