HCW has broken ground on Tucson Landing, a 210-unit, luxury apartment project, in Tucson, Arizona, US.

The three-storey apartment project is located on 8.5acres off Interstate 19 and Irvington Road. It is also located next to an outdoor mall, Tucson Spectrum, in the 65-acre mixed use project, The Landing.

The project team of Tucson Landing includes architects H Design Group, civil engineers Cypress Civil Engineering, landscape architect David Flynn, structural engineer Mettemeyer Engineering, MEP engineer CJD Engineering, interior design by Design Environments, and general contractor Crossland Construction Company.

Tucson Landing will consist of one-storey clubhouse and seven three-storied buildings with one, two and three-bedroom units.

It will provide amenities, such as two gated entries, garages, covered parking, swimming pool and deck, lounge area with fire pit for social gatherings, grilling station and dog park.

The 4,596ft2 clubhouse will feature management offices, mail room, billiards table, lounge area, kitchen, a 931ft2 fitness centre and conference centre.
