Dominvs Group has secured approval from the planning authorities for the construction of a 713-bed student accommodation scheme in Hammersmith, west London.
Designed by architect Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, this scheme is located on the site of an earlier magistrates court.
The project will provide student housing that is in close proximity to the Imperial College London campus.
This development is supported by the Imperial College London.
In December 2020, approval was given to deliver two new hotels on the location. However, given the robust demand from educational institutions, Dominvs altered its plans to construct student accommodation project.
The two buildings will aim to become BREEAM Excellent.

Dominvs Group principal Jay Ahluwalia said: “The mixed-use nature of our proposal speaks to our ability to continually create value across different asset classes in response to the needs of the local area and market conditions.
“This extends our track record of success across student accommodation, hospitality and residential-led developments throughout the capital and beyond.”
