
Real estate developer Broe Real Estate Group (BREG) has broken ground on 200 Clayton, a commercial office development, in Denver, Colorado, the US.
The eight-story, 76,000ft2 mixed-use project, located in Cherry Creek North, Denver, represents the first phase of the $150m Clayton Street redevelopment project.
The development will comprise retail space and commercial offices.
Broe Group’s transportation affiliate, OmniTrax, will anchor the project, occupying the second and third floors of 200 Clayton.
Other leases are currently being negotiated with unaffiliated prospective tenants for the remaining office space on fourth to eighth floors.
The Broe Group’s Kiki Broe said: “Over the past four decades, The Broe Group has grown from one employee to one thousand employees from our Cherry Creek North headquarters.

Slated to be completed in first quarter of 2023, the project will house a mix of affiliated and unaffiliated companies.
Construction and architecture firm The Beck Group has designed the new project. GH Phipps has been appointed as the general contractor while CBRE’s Blake Holcomb and Brian Hutt will lead the leasing efforts for the building.
