
HCW Development, a real estate property development company, has commenced construction on Glen91, a new luxury apartment in Arizona.
The new development scheme will be constructed on a 10-acre land along Glendale Ave between 91st Ave and 89th Ave in Glendale.
Glen91 includes three and four-storey apartment buildings, featuring 186 one-bedroom units and 110 two-bedroom units.
It also includes 525 parking spaces, including 63 garages, 63 tandem garages, 198 covered car ports and 201 surface parking spots.
Amenities include two gated entries, covered parking and garages, a 2,185ft2 advanced fitness centre, 14,000ft2 swimming pool and deck, and lounge area with fire pit for social gatherings.
Grilling stations, dog park, hammock garden, shade plaza, bocce court, pickle ball court and bag toss court are also included.

By GlobalDataScheduled to open in fall 2022, the development will also include 6,816ft2 of clubhouse featuring management offices, mail room, cyber lounge, game room, club room, bar and conference centre.
The property is located adjacent to a 223-acre, mixed-used development Westgate Entertainment District, which is claimed to be one of the premier entertainment destinations in the region.
The other team members of the project include architects H Design Group, Bowman Consulting as civil engineers, David Flynn as landscape architect, Mettemeyer Engineering as structural engineer, CJD Engineering as MEP engineer, Design Environments as interior designer, EOS Builders as general contractor and PB Bell as property manager.
