Construction on the project recently commenced and is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.

Additionally, Marlet has redesigned all the residential units in Green Acre Grange to include home office areas in every apartment as Ireland is facing its second lockdown since the start of the pandemic.

Green Acre Grange is said to be the company’s second residential development in the Dundrum area, following the Walled Garden, a 142-unit project that is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of next year.
