Graham has secured a £35m contract from Royal London, a UK-based mutual insurer, to design and build a new retirement village, Wycliffe Park, in England, UK.
The project, located in Horsley Green near High Wycombe, is aimed at providing specialised accommodation for senior people. Wycliffe Park is set across four cluster blocks around the 25-acre site.
It will comprise of 156 highly accessible and well-designed one- and two-bedroom independent living apartments.
Under the contract, Graham will also build the communal facilities, including a central clubhouse which will comprise of a reception area, restaurant, and a multi-purpose room.
The project will feature a convenience shop, a laundry room, scooter storage, and management offices. It will also include a spa with a swimming pool and a hairdressing salon.
The retirement village will include a kitchen garden, bowling green and safe walk trails.

Work on the site has already started and will be completed by summer 2022. Upon completion, Wycliffe Park retirement village will be operated by Audley, a developer and manager of luxury retirement villages.
