US-based real estate investment firm Hines has commenced construction on a luxury multifamily project at Classen Curve in the Nichols Hills submarket of Oklahoma City in Oklahoma, US.
Located immediately adjacent to Whole Foods at the epicentre of the Classen Curve outdoor retail centre, the project will be a five-storey mid-rise building comprising 326 rental homes.
The multifamily project will feature studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. It will offer residents easy access to surrounding amenities including Trader Joe’s, more than 15 restaurants and Flower Child, and various fitness centres.
Designed by Dwell Design Studio, the development will comprise resort-style amenities that include multiple private outdoor courtyards, a heated pool and a private fitness centre.
It will also include a club room, a library, outdoor dog run, modern package facilities, as well as bicycle storage.
The luxury multifamily development is said to be Hines’ first residential project in Oklahoma City following the development of office towers Devon Energy Center and BOK Park Plaza.
