
Vistry Partnerships, a subsidiary of Vistry Group, has partnered with Clarion Housing Group for a £40m project which involves the development of 211 new affordable homes in the new town of Sherford in Plymouth, UK.
Presently, Vistry Partnerships is constructing 3,500 homes in the town, of which 1,500 are being built in partnership with Clarion Housing’s Latimer.
The latest agreement to development 211 homes will be made available for social and affordable rent along with shared ownership through Clarion Housing and will increase the number of affordable houses in the new town.
When completed, Sherford will have 5,500 homes accommodating thousands of people across three neighbourhoods. The town will also include four schools, community facilities, shops, businesses along with significant green spaces and a 500-acre community park.
