
Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties have announced that the Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living Community in Sarasota, Florida is set to be opened soon as it reached the final phase of construction.
Located at 4100 University Parkway in Sarasota, Watercrest Sarasota is a 198-unit, senior living campus with 72 independent, 94 assisted living and 32 memory care residences.
The architecture and design of Watercrest Sarasota features promenade, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining options, pool, salon and spa, bigger balconies along with Florida-style outdoor living spaces.
The Market Street Plaza featuresan outdoor streetscape with several LifeBUILT programming touches.
Watercrest Senior Living Group principal and CEO Marc Vorkapich said: “In conjunction with our development partners, United Properties, we thank each and every partner who contributed to this exceptional project.

Walker & Company construction is finalising building details alongside Interior Design Associates (IDA). Watercrest Sarasota is preparing for a fall opening this year.

It is the second senior living project to be developed by Watercrest Senior Living and United Properties.The first project is the Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care, which opened earlier this year in Naples, Florida.
Last month, Watercrest opened, the Watercrest Fort Mill – Indian Land Assisted Living and Memory Care in South Carolina, a 107-unit, senior living community.
The place offers 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments, where the residents can enjoy premium accommodation and resort-style amenities.
