Out of the total IT job titles posted by Larsen & Toubro, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 48.94% in November 2022, and a 4.17% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 37.23% in November 2022, and registered growth of 6.06%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 8.51% in November 2022, a 14.29% rise from October 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Larsen & Toubro
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 95.74% share, which marked an 8.43% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 4.26%, registering a 69.23% month-on-month decline.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 95.74% share in November 2022, an 8.43% growth over October 2022. US featured next with a 3.19% share, down 57.14% over the previous month. Canada recorded a 1.06% share, a decline of 83.33% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Larsen & Toubro IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.51%, up by 7.84% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 39.36% share, a decline of 9.76% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 2.13% share, down 50% over October 2022.
