Construction commences on $82m The Peak Condo Villas in Malaysia

Construction work on the $82m The Peak Condo Villas located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q4 2019.

The project involves the construction of 54 three-story villas/condominium units on 1.59ha of land in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of community centers
2. Construction of amenities
3. Construction of retail space
4. Construction of parking facilities

Construction on the project, spread across 2 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.

Owners of the project include Japan-based Mitsui Fudosan and Malaysia-based KCB Holdings.
