US-based land investment firm Foremost Companies has opened its Sterling neighbourhood at Terramor in Southern California’s Temescal Valley.
The 105-home neighbourhood features floor plans of 2,206ft2 to 2,483ft2, up to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages. The neighbourhood was built by CalAtlantic Homes.
CalAtlantic Group inland empire division president Martin Langpap said: “CalAtlantic Homes is looking forward to building its first 55-plus neighbourhood in the Inland Empire.
“The lifestyle benefits and resort-style amenities offered at Terramor coupled with our new ranch-style home designs with panoramic views of the Temescal Valley offer a unique opportunity for our buyers to live in an upscale community at an attractive price point.”
The Sterling will also feature the Terrace Club with a six-acre recreational area and a 20,000ft2 clubhouse. The club is currently under construction, with plans to open this summer.
The Terrace Club includes a resort-style pool, an indoor pool, fitness centre, tennis courts and crafts room with other areas for entertainment and socialising.
