UAE-based developer Azizi Developments has unveiled Azizi Milan, a master-planned community in Dubai.
The Dh75bn ($20.4bn) project is expected to cover 40,350,000ft² and accommodate a population of 144,000 people, including 800 hotel keys.
The development is designed to be a zero-carbon community, featuring sustainable practices and green spaces.
With its strategic location on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the community offers easy access to key UAE cities and is a short walk from the future Blue Line metro station.
The Azizi Milan community will include residential projects, a mall, hotels, retail districts, office spaces, and lifestyle amenities.
Azizi Milan’s architecture draws inspiration from Milan, with design elements that enhance both aesthetics and function.

The development prioritises sustainability, supporting the mangrove carbon project and other global environmental initiatives.
Each building in Azizi Milan will feature a landscaped rooftop garden, contributing to the development’s green environment.
Infinity pools, elevators offering views of nature, fountains, and sports facilities are among the features.
The “tallest” towers will reach up to 70 stories while the central area will consist of buildings that range from 25 to 35 stories.
Azizi Milan will also comprise residential projects, a mall, luxury hotels, retail districts, office spaces, and key lifestyle amenities such as schools, nurseries, wellness centres, and parks.

In August 2024, Azizi announced a 5% completion milestone for Creek Views III, valued at Dh350m.
