Project management consulting company PTAG has entered an agreement with Intelligent Construction Experts, which does business as Construct-X, to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Construct-X.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

This deal is expected to close after the completion of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions.

This move will see the integratation of PTAG and Construct-X capabilities in collaborative contracting, advanced work packaging (AWP), lean, and digital project execution of large industrial and infrastructure projects.

Headquartered in Houston, US, Construct-X is engaged in AWP, digital project execution, and data-driven performance optimisation across various industrial sectors.

PTAG, with its collaborative contracting and project management services, has a longstanding partnership with Construct-X, aiming to transform the industry into a futureproof sector.
