Palma Development, a real-estate developer, has announced the launch of Serenia District, a Dh5bn ($1.36bn) upscale residential community in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The new development, spanning 600,000ft² with a built-up area of 3.5 million square feet, aims to redefine luxury living in the region.
Serenia District will feature six integrated towers centred around six lifestyle zones: the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, Health and Social zone, Sports and Recreation spaces, Family Oasis, Nature Discovery zone, and a Wellness Retreat.
The first phase of the project introduces West Residence, a 46-storey tower comprising 419 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
Each unit offers views of Jumeirah Islands and its surroundings, designed to integrate seamlessly with the environment.
A key highlight of Serenia District is the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, a 100,000ft² multilevel facility.
It includes an infinity pool, state-of-the-art gym, rooftop café, male and female spas, indoor paddle court, half basketball court, games room, and retail and food and beverage spaces, aiming to elevate the living experience.
Designed by Japanese architect Nikken Sekkei, claimed to be the world’s third-largest architectural company, Serenia District draws inspiration from the Japanese Ireko design language.
Located next to business and entertainment hubs, Serenia District offers access to the city’s lifestyle while incorporating a nature-infused environment.
The community hub is connected by 20km of walkways, encouraging an active lifestyle. The starlight facade lighting provides ‘subtle’ illumination throughout the day and night.
