Brightland Homes, a US-based homebuilder, is expanding its reach with a new development within the Windler master plan in Aurora, Colorado, US.
This move marks the company’s 11th community location in Colorado.
The Windler community, set to open in early 2025, is expected to become a key addition to the Northeast Aurora region, known as the Platinum Triangle.
The Windler master-planned community is being built on the Windler family homestead, dating back to 1881.
Brightland Homes said the new development includes the 1881 Park, celebrating the area’s heritage while offering a contemporary living space.
The community is designed to accommodate approximately 5,000 new residences and more than 170 acres of parks and open spaces.
Residents of Windler will have access to a range of amenities such as a community pool and walking trails.
The location is an eight-minute drive from Denver International Airport and offers access to highways such as Interstate 70 and E470.
Brightland Homes celebrated the start of construction with a ground-breaking ceremony at its first homesites in Windler.
The company has also launched the Windler VIP programme.
Prospective residents interested in the new floor plans offered by Brightland Homes in the area can register for the VIP list.
VIP members will receive ‘unique’ benefits available only to those on the list, the developer said.
Brightland Homes Colorado division president Aric Jones said: “Our mission has always been to build homes that offer not just a place to live, but a place to thrive.
“Joining the Windler community is a step forward in our journey to create more home options across the front range and contribute to building in community-focused environments.”
