Higgins Partnerships, a UK-based construction company, in collaboration with A2Dominion, a housing association, has announced the completion of Hanwell Square, a new mixed-use development in West London, UK.

The development features 360 homes and various community amenities.

The site, designed by Assael Architects and delivered by Fourpoint Architects, features contemporary brickwork that contrasts against the ‘dark’ frames of the windows, balconies, and shop frontages.

The village square and landscaped courtyards are complemented by flexible space, ground-floor retail shops, garden terraces, a concierge, a gym, rooftop gardens, and children’s play areas.

The development’s prime location near Hanwell Station offers residents access to transport links, including the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail), connecting them to Central London and beyond.
