KONE has secured an order to deliver people flow solutions for the mixed-use Aga Hall Estate residential complex located in Mumbai, India.
The redevelopment is being overseen by Prince Aly Khan Hospital Charitable Trust, which owns the property.
Aga Hall Estate is the developer while Leighton India is the main contractor. P G Patki Architects was responsible for the project’s architectural design.
The development is part of a growing trend in the city centre, driven by population growth and limited urban space, resulting in the construction of taller buildings.
Set amid the skyline of Mumbai, the Aga Hall Estate blends commercial and residential spaces, addressing urban sprawl along the Arabian Sea’s coastline.
The latest development will feature a school, a purpose-built health facility, and two high-rise towers of 45 and 56 storeys, offering more than 349 luxury apartments.
