UK-based Morgan Sindall Construction is set to commence the capital works programme for the University of Leeds in England in the next few weeks.
The improvement initiative, sourced through the Procure Partnership framework, will see the company execute a range of enhancement projects across the university’s grounds.
These encompass refurbishing existing university spaces, enhancing entrances, and conducting reroofing and cladding works.
The projects will also include the creation of new informal student spaces and the upgradation of teaching facilities.
Work for the university is anticipated to be completed by late 2025.
Morgan Sindall Construction will implement its intelligent solutions approach during the construction phase. This strategy integrates digital and platform design capabilities with modern construction methods and carbon reduction tools to deliver sustainable spaces.
