NexCore Group, along with its housing operator Experience Senior Living (ESL), has commenced the construction of The Gallery at Roland Park in the North Roland Park suburb of Baltimore, Maryland, US.
This project marks the 19th older resident-oriented living development for NexCore and ESL and the ninth in The Gallery Collection of communities.

The upcoming three-storey community will feature 111 apartment-style homes, including independent living, assisted-living, and memory care units.
This project will offer residents a blend of classic interiors and well-designed spaces aimed at fostering social connections and personal growth.
Residents will have access to amenities such as two dining restaurants with diverse menus ranging from casual dining to pub-style meals.
The Gallery at Roland Park is being designed to encourage an active and engaged lifestyle with facilities such as a piano lounge, activity room, maker’s space, and comfortable living areas.

The Gallery at Roland Park is expected to open its doors in the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
It represents NexCore’s inaugural venture into Maryland’s housing market for older residents.
Following this, the company plans to initiate construction on a second Maryland project, The Reserve at Strathmore Square in North Bethesda. Construction on this project is set to commence in Q2 2025.
